To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- A request must be initiated within 7 days of your order delivery
- All items must be returned in their original condition and designer packaging
- Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached
- Shoes must have no marks (including on the soles - please try on a protected surface), and must be in their original, undamaged designer shoe box and dust bag. Return of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
We do not provide refunds on gift cards. Certain items are not returnable, and will be clearly noted as such on their respective product pages.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once reviewed, we will kindly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Form to be completed and included inside your return package. Note that returns without an RA Form will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please print the RA Form and include it with your returned items. Carefully and securely wrap items in their original packaging. We will provide you with a trackable Return shipping label (for domestic shipping within the United States only). The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
le'semer is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Upon inspection of the merchandise for return, we will notify you via email once your return has been approved. le'semer reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not comply with the outlined policy. Please allow 5-10 business days in processing the refund to the original method of payment, less any shipping charges.
